Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of HR coordination or HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR coordination/analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding & offboarding processes, benefits administration, and HRIS data entry.
• Coordinate with IT, payroll and facilities to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with training scheduling, benefit enrollments, and orientation materials.
• Maintain HR data integrity and assist with regular reporting and dashboards.
