Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support HR Administration, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Services in its Jacksonville, FL office. This role is in-office, not remote.

You will process employee transactions, maintain records, assist with onboarding, audits, and employee engagement initiatives. Compensation starts at $23.00–$28.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years HR, administrative, or office support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration, compliance, onboarding, and employee services.
• Process employee transactions: hires, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Maintain HR data, records, and organizational charts.
• Assist with employment verifications and file requests.
• Support training, engagement initiatives, and special HR projects.
