Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred; minimum 2 years.
• Comfort using office tools including telephone systems, 10-key and computers.
• High-energy, driven and persuasive with strong attention to detail and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Source and pursue top driver talent using ATS’s recruiting processes.
• Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours to maintain engagement and momentum.
• Serve as a program expert, guiding drivers through opportunities to match ATS fit.
• Partner with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators to pre‑approve candidates.
• Make hiring decisions and schedule drivers for orientation.
• Support sign-on by tracking applications and milestones.
• Coordinate orientation logistics and place drivers in divisions.
