• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators to pre‑approve candidates.
• Make hiring decisions and schedule drivers for orientation.
• Support sign-on by tracking applications and milestones.
• Coordinate orientation logistics and place drivers in divisions.

This is a fast-paced, onsite position built around timely outreach, strong candidate communication, and coordination with internal teams.

You will be part of a recruiting and hiring process that emphasizes quality and momentum, guiding drivers through the journey from first contact to orientation. Along the way, you’ll earn a competitive salary and performance-based incentive opportunities, plus a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

What you’ll do

• Source and pursue top driver talent using ATS’s proven recruiting processes.
• Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours to maintain engagement and keep hiring momentum moving.
• Serve as a program expert, walking drivers through available driving opportunities to help match them with the best ATS fit.
• Partner with Operations Driver Support and Safety Coordinators to help ensure candidates are pre-approved and ready for orientation.
• Make effective hiring decisions and schedule drivers for orientation.
• Support the sign-on experience by tracking applications, keeping candidates engaged, and noting key “You’re approved!” milestones.
• Coordinate orientation logistics, place drivers in the right divisions, and complete pre-orientation tasks on time.

What you bring

• 2–5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred (minimum: 2 years).
• Comfort using core office tools including telephone systems, 10-key, and personal computers.
• High-energy, driven, creative, and persuasive team player with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and listening channels.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative and make things happen.

Compensation and benefits

Salary range: $45,000 - $74,000 per year.

Total cash compensation range: $58,000 to $74,000, plus position-specific incentive opportunity.

• Base salary starts at $40,000 - $50,000, based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location compared to others in substantially similar work.
• Performance-based incentives may be available and can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
• 401(k) with matching eligibility details: benefit enrollment in health, dental, vision, and 401k effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
