Bennett & Pless, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support employees, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and keep HR resources organized as our operations scale. This role emphasizes technology, proactive ownership, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience; open to recent graduates with demonstrated interest in HR, technology, and process improvement.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, including functions in Excel such as pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize confidential employee files per company standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, and offboarding with timely documentation.
• Process employment verifications and other administrative requests.
• Answer HR inquiries via the HR Inbox and route to the right team.
• Support HR reporting and audits as needed.
