The role emphasizes onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HR reporting, and cross-functional coordination with IT, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience; open to recent graduates with demonstrated interest in HR, technology, and process improvement.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently drive HR administration tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee files and ensure records are organized, confidential, and compliant.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, and offboarding with timely documentation and communications.
• Process employment verifications and other administrative requests.
• Monitor HR inquiries and provide timely support while routing questions to the right HR member.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and organizational updates.
