Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: qualifying full-time HR experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis, up to four years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, review, and track HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and other employee or position changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing materials, and coordination with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR tracking tools.
• Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding activities to support timely and accurate transitions.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications as assigned.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
