Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking a results‑driven HR Generalist in Nashville, TN. You will support the Department of General Services with HR services across the employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding in a hybrid in‑office setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and can manage confidential information with discretion, delivering responsive service to employees and managers while coordinating HR processes with the HR Director and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, transactions, payroll, and offboarding.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions: hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and changes.
• Support recruitment activities: postings, documentation, interview materials, coordination with managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and required new-hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine HR policy, leave, payroll, and benefits inquiries.
