Job summary

Info Origin Inc, Nashville, seeks an HR Analyst to provide professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, and offboarding. The role requires handling confidential information with organization and strong customer service.

You will work closely with the HR Director and HR partners to coordinate processes, maintain data accuracy, and respond to routine inquiries about HR policies and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience substitution: qualified HR experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to four years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, review, and track HR transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and other employee or position changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring documentation, interview materials, and coordination with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate employee information, and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding activities to support timely and accurate employee transitions.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, employee communications, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners.
