Youth Opportunity is seeking a Business / HR Manager in Bartlett, TN to oversee administrative, financial, and human resources functions. You will ensure accurate financial processes, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, vendor relations, payroll support, and onboarding. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and relevant HR experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or HR support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with computers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor relationships.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budgeting.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and staff compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator and Corporate HR.
