Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC seeks a Business / HR Manager to support daily program operations at the Bartlett Primary Assessment Center in Bartlett, TN. You will oversee administrative, financial, and human resources tasks, ensuring compliant processes and a professional work environment.

Responsibilities include payroll support, onboarding, budgeting assistance, and maintaining HR records. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, with at least 2 years in a related role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in office administration or HR support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, or HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable and vendor relationships.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budgeting.
• Maintain facility records and track operational expenses.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and staff compliance.
• Facilitate employee recognition, training tracking, and policy adherence.
• Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator and Corporate HR.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
