Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or HR and 5–7 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating strong operational and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with a balance of operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the HR Operations team with day-to-day oversight.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Design and deliver training on HR policies and compliance topics.
