Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative operations and special projects.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and employee records.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee files, databases, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the coordination of department meetings, HR events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR-related materials, as requested.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service by responding to routine inquiries and directing questions to appropriate HR team members.
  • Assist with compliance-related activities, audits, record retention, and policy administration.
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources team members on departmental initiatives and organizational projects.

This position assists with a variety of HR initiatives and daily operational activities, offering exposure to onboarding, employee records management, offboarding, compliance activities, employee engagement programs, and other core human resources functions.
