Primebank in Sioux City, IA seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. You’ll manage HRIS/payroll systems, benefits, and retirement plans while maintaining confidential personnel data.

The role requires several years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Formación

• Several years of progressive human resources experience, preferably with a small HR department.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• Proficient with HRIS/Payroll software (e.g. Paylocity), Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Write job descriptions, post openings, track applicants, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Facilitate background checks, draft and extend job offers
• Design and execute onboarding process for new hires
• Own end-to-end payroll execution via HRIS/Payroll System
• Manage benefit open enrollment and assist employees with benefits queries
• Analyze benefit offerings and propose annual plan recommendations
• Serve as plan administrator for retirement plan and contact for retirement plan rep
• Oversee FMLA, disability, workers’ compensation, and PTO tracking/documentation
• Supervise subordinate staff and evaluate performance
