Job summary

HoneyBook in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to own the end-to-end experience of HR programs and systems for employees and the People team.

You will use AI to streamline operations, develop insights from people data, and drive smarter, faster decisions across benefits, payroll, and leaves. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR operations or People operations experience.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state employment requirements, including California.
• Broad HR expertise across benefits, unemployment, leave, payroll, and immigration.
• Experience building automation or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience of HR programs and systems for employees and People team.
• Provide guidance on benefits, payroll deductions, leaves, and policy questions.
• Audit and redesign processes; document SOPs for consistency and quality.
• Shape systems and build with AI; roll out new tools with cross-functional teams.
• Lead HR Centers of Excellence, including benefits, unemployment, leave, and immigration.
