HoneyBook is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own end-to-end People Operations, acting as the subject matter expert across HR programs and systems. You will leverage AI to cut operational drag, turning people data into actionable insights for leaders and shaping core HR processes for a high-growth company.

Qualifications

7+ years of HR operations or People operations experience.
Deep payroll compliance across states.
Expertise in benefits, leave, and unemployment programs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end People Operations experience across HR programs and systems.
Lead design and rollout of benefits, payroll, and immigration processes.
Implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work.
Audit data and ensure accuracy of external reporting.
Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to drive compliant programs.
Develop SOPs for core HR processes and scale with the company.
