Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of HR operations or People operations experience, with hands-on depth in benefits, leave, payroll compliance, and HR systems.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state employment requirements, including strong command of California.
• Experience building automation or AI-enabled workflows that changed how work gets done, using agents, no-code/low-code tools, or integrations.
• Ability to plan and deliver projects across multiple quarters, working from goals and direction rather than instructions.
• Clear, confident communication and judgment with sensitive employee matters.

• Be accountable for the end-to-end experience of HR programs and systems for employees and the People team.
• Use questions, service patterns, and data to spot friction and decide what to improve, simplify, or retire.
• Provide real-time, expert guidance on benefits, perks, policies, payroll deductions, and leaves of absence.
• Audit and redesign processes and document SOPs for consistent Core HR work.
