Nextech Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for employees under collective bargaining agreements. The role is onsite in Atlanta, with 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

hours and requires Oracle database knowledge. You will work with HR, labor relations, and payroll teams to ensure HR transactions align with union contracts. Responsibilities include processing changes, maintaining HRIS data, and supporting audits and compliance reviews.

Formación

• Two years of HR experience required.
• Experience processing changes under collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong accuracy in HRIS data and records.

Responsabilidades

• Process new hires, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations for union employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Check HR transactions against contract provisions covering wage rates, step progressions, shift differentials, overtime rules, and job classifications.
• Maintain accurate HRIS information, including seniority lists, job codes, and pay rates.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance reviews involving union contracts, wage and hour regulations, and internal controls.
• File and maintain employee records securely, protecting confidentiality and data integrity when handling employee and labor relations information.
• Provide timely administrative support to employees and leaders and perform other duties as assigned.
