Responsibilities

• Lead the Branson HR Operations team by example, exemplifying the company’s core values and culture.
• Enable HR team members in their professional strengths and role responsibilities, providing support and resources.
• Serve with genuine care, responding to daily questions and employee concerns with openness and timeliness.
• Provide support to managers on complex department structure and team challenges.
• Support managers with materials and training for team development.
• Develop and implement Leadership Academy content and onboarding for new managers.
• Coordinate and implement training opportunities for all employees.
• Counsel employees and managers on employee relations with HR Manager collaboration.
• Prepare content and coordinate Summer Internship Lunch & Learns.
• All other duties as assigned.
