Sight & Sound is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to lead the Branson HR team through the full employee life cycle. You will champion exceptional customer service, servant leadership and collaboration, while nurturing a culture of trust and growth.

This role directs onboarding, ongoing training, and leadership development, partners with the HR Manager on risk management, and creates opportunities for employees to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to oversee and inspire a team.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branson HR Operations team and align with company values.
• Provide resources, coaching, and training for HR functions.
• Develop Leadership Academy content and onboarding training for managers/supervisors.
• Counsel employees and managers on employee relations and risk management.
• Support content creation for employee development and internships.
