Job summary

Sight & Sound is looking for a meticulous Safety Manager in Branson, MO, to lead safety initiatives and enhance safety culture. This role involves overseeing safety requirements, partnering with corporate safety teams, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 - 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage claims effectively.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations such as OSHA, ANSI, NFPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local safety requirements in Branson.
• Partner with the Lancaster Safety team on safety projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve safe work practices.
• Provide guidance on safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents and manage workers’ comp claims.
