Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited four-year program for PT, OT or SLP.
• Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice.
• Minimum three years experience in therapy.
• Minimum two years leadership experience or as Clinical Specialist.
• Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

• Plans, develops, implements and monitors facility operations for overall quality and financial viability.
• Works with Rehab Team to maximize operational and clinical functions to deliver results.
• Develops and executes staffing plan; oversees performance management of direct reports.
• Oversees clinical leadership and core programs within the facility.
• Deliver patient care to meet residents' goals as prescribed by evaluation and plans.
• Outreach and program development; partner with sales/marketing to develop new business.
• Direct customer relations including strategic planning, business development and problem resolution.
