Job summary

Navigate360 is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. The role focuses on delivering accurate payroll, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The position is remote with primary time zone operations and core business hours. You will partner with managers to drive engagement and uphold Navigate360’s culture and values while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including payroll, onboarding and employee relations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience with ownership from prep to completion.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, benefits, vacation pay and payroll compliance.
• Experience with full-cycle talent acquisition and candidate coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and records upkeep.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting; maintain personnel records and confidentiality.
