Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking an HR Operations Manager at our Scottsdale corporate office to oversee employee lifecycle in Paylocity, maintain HRIS data, and build scalable, compliant processes across corporate and onsite teams.

You will lead onboarding across markets, manage certifications, protect data quality, and partner with HR, IT, payroll, and vendors on technology implementations while traveling to Mark-Taylor markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in progressive HR operations, HRIS, or shared services.
• Hands-on processing and transactional HR expertise.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platform.
• Ability to develop SOPs and standardize HR processes.
• Attention to data accuracy and system data audits.
• People management experience or readiness to lead a team.
• Experience onboarding across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with multi-site or corporate onsite populations.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee employee lifecycle transactions in Paylocity with approvals and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, org charts, and reporting structures across populations.
• Establish controls, audits, and approvals for transactions and data changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes and future ticketing systems.
• Own onboarding operations across markets, ensuring a consistent new-hire experience.
• Deliver onboarding training and standardize workflows with HR and property leadership.
• Manage workers' compensation processes and HR compliance data reporting.
• Serve as first point of contact for HRIS access and self-service support.
• Lead certification/credential tracking and renewal accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate HR processes.
