The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and vendor-focused office operations.

You will manage campus recruiting, build relationships with local schools, and oversee onboarding, compliance, and facilities activities to ensure a professional, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience including campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience with vendor negotiation, purchasing, or facilities/office operations management.
• Working knowledge of federal and Arizona employment law.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles with diverse sourcing strategies.
• Lead campus recruitment and build employer brand with colleges and career centers.
• Manage interview process and offer negotiations with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and systems setup.
• Oversee office vendors, purchasing, and facility operations.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
