Eaton's ARS division seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to manage daily HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. This role partners with management on employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and policy administration to ensure compliant, high-quality HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Administer HR policies, maintain employee records and HRIS data, and support audits and compliance.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and monitor required training completion.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and leave management.
• Assist staffing and retention initiatives and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Advise supervisors on HR policies and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager.
