Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a Lead Human Resources Generalist to support Santa Ana operations. This role partners with operations leaders to implement HR programs, drive employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Ability to obtain work authorization for the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical HR activities and programs for Santa Ana facilities.
• Advocate for employee feedback and facilitate upward discussions with operations.
• Counsel on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform proactive strategies and decisions.
• Mentor and develop local HR team to align with CPS HR strategy.
• Coordinate disability claims, leaves, and workers' compensation with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement Inclusion & Diversity initiatives for the plant.
