Job summary

Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Human Resources Generalist based in Davenport, IA. You will serve as a primary HR contact, support talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and employee relations, while promoting Eaton values.

This role also involves reporting, compliance, and partnerships with centralized HR and payroll teams, with a focus on engagement, diversity, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of human resources experience minimum.
• Knowledge of employment laws (ADA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA).
• Experience with HRIS and Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and promote company values.
• Support hourly talent acquisition, candidate outreach, and onboarding.
• Assist with employer branding, communications, and community outreach.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to improve engagement and retention.
• Handle benefits, payroll inquiries, and audits with centralized HR.
• Support employee relations and policy implementation.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for compliance and planning.
• Participate in diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
