Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division seeks an HR Generalist based in Davenport, IA. The role supports HR operations, onboarding, benefits, payroll inquiries, and employee relations within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of human resource experience.
• No relocation; must reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization.
• Candidate must be a U.S. person for export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees, promoting Eaton values.
• Support hourly talent acquisition activities and candidate pipeline.
• Assist employer branding and onboarding processes.
• Handle benefits and payroll inquiries in coordination with HR/payroll teams.
• Support employee relations and policy enforcement.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for compliance and workforce planning.
• Facilitate engagement, inclusion, and diversity initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
