Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or related field.
• Availability to work full-time during May–August 2027 with potential for part-time during the school year.
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR operations across recruiting, analytics, benefits, and learning & development.
• Support processes by coordinating with HR leaders and proposing improvement ideas.
• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Complete a meaningful project and present results to leadership.
