Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated invites qualified students to join its 2027 Summer Intern program in HR for Hourly Recruiting. The 10- to 12-week internship supports hourly manufacturing recruiting across multiple facilities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, tracking hiring activity, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

The role partners with plant leadership to improve staffing reports and time-to-fill performance.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to HR or Business.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred; familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates for hourly manufacturing roles across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and track hiring activity.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and develop staffing reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and time-to-fill.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide staffing updates and program insights.
