Qualifications

• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; junior or senior status preferred.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA strongly preferred.
• Previous office, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of HR resources, processes, documentation, and tools.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret HR-related data to support decisions.
• Gain exposure to employment practices, HR policies, and compliance in day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in a variety of HR projects, collaborating with leaders across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes.
