Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–4 years HR experience in manufacturing, with labor/employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Strong customer service, time management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with business leaders and coach operations leaders.
• Participate in grievance process and interpret contractual language.
• Provide leadership on employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics from HRIS, payroll, surveys and records to drive improvements.
• Leverage HR technologies to automate processes and provide insights.
