Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in HR, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with HRMS. Collaboration with management and staff on conflict resolution and performance management is essential.

• Experience with HRMS or related business software.

• Experience partnering with management on conflict resolution and performance management.
• 3+ years of direct HR experience, in operations or generalist roles.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

• Applies professional HR concepts to resolve a wide range of HR-related issues.
• Works on problems that are diverse and complex in scope with multiple factors.
• Typically receives little instruction on day-to-day assignments with some guidance on new projects.
