The Human Resource Generalist for HR Operations is responsible for supporting and implementing Human Resources strategies, programs, processes and policies across departments for a designated client group within UCI Campus. This position carries out responsibilities and projects in the following functional areas: compliance, workforce planning and position management, training, policy implementation, leaves and accommodations, talent acquisition, and compensation. Uses professional HR concepts as a seasoned, experienced professional to apply organization policies and procedures to resolve the full range of HR-related issues. Works on problems that are diverse and complex in scope, where analysis of situations require a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day assignments with some guidance provided on new projects.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $81,600 - $111,300 (Annual).Conditions of Employment:
