Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an HR Client Services Director to lead and deliver integrated HR services across Campus, Health, and Health Sciences. The role directly manages HR Business Partners and Generalists and ensures client-focused service levels while aligning HR initiatives with business strategy.

The position requires deep policy expertise, excellent communication, and strong leadership to drive performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness within a university health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressively broad HR experience with leadership roles.
• Experience in medical center or university HR settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and ensure integrated delivery of high-quality HR services aligned to business strategy.
• Manage HR Business Partners and Generalists; ensure client-centric service delivery.
• Oversee policy development, regulatory compliance and organizational risk management.
