Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a Director of HR Client Services to lead the delivery of integrated HR services for the UCI Health system. You will manage HR Business Partners and Generalists, ensuring excellent customer service and alignment with business strategy.

The role requires extensive HR policy knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to build relationships across levels, including senior leadership. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business is required; Master’s is preferred.
