Based in downtown Nashville, the role partners with the HR Director and business teams to manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding while safeguarding confidential information. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with responsive service for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to four years.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee information and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.
• Coordinate separations and offboarding activities for timely transitions.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely HR actions.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees and managers.
