Qualifikationen

• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data integrity processes
• Ability to serve as a team lead or mentor when needed

Aufgaben

• Process basic and complex HR transactions in line with university policies
• Respond to HR policy questions and escalate to senior staff when appropriate
• Support data entry, reporting, and audit of HR metrics using the HRIS
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain HR files and ensure confidentiality of information
• May supervise junior staff and oversee workload prioritization
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and university policies
