HubRecruits is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, systems, and data accuracy across the organization. You will help maintain HR records, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 0-2 years of HR operations experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information
