Wonder is hiring an HR Coordinator in Swedesboro, New Jersey, to support staffing, payroll, onboarding, and HRIS data entry. You will work closely with store leadership, HR, and team members to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

The role requires handling confidential information, coordinating with IT and Facilities for access, and maintaining timely HR communications. The position is full-time on-site with opportunities to contribute to employee engagement and safety initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in administrative, HR operations, payroll, or related experience.
• Experience with timekeeping, attendance tracking, payroll reconciliation, or related workforce administration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and administrative processes.
• Assist employees with Workday navigation and benefits enrollment procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and HR reporting to support workforce needs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and compliance.
