Wonder seeks a Field HR Coordinator in Swedesboro, NJ to support staffing, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations for a 24/7 facility. You will collaborate with store leadership and HR to ensure accurate administrative processes and compliant records.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in HR admin or payroll, with proficiency in Workday, Looker, and HRIS systems being preferred. On-site, full-time with a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of administrative, HR operations, payroll, workforce coordination, or related experience.
• Experience with timekeeping, attendance tracking, payroll reconciliation, or related workforce administration.
• Experience handling confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with Workday, Looker, and other HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment activities: posting requisitions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate preemployment requirements and onboarding materials.
• Manage new-hire onboarding, access provisioning, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain HR records and assist with payroll and attendance inquiries.
