Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator for a 6-month contract based in Marietta, GA. You will support onboarding, I-9 processing, background checks, and HRIS data entry while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will assist HR management with performance reviews, employee relations, trainings, and various HR programs, contributing to a high-performing, compliant HR function at ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• At least two years related HR experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and preboarding activities including background checks and new hire documentation.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and assist with reports and compliance.
• Handle employment inquiries from applicants and employees; route sensitive matters appropriately.
• Support performance management, employee relations, trainings, and HR projects for segments.
