Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) in Marietta, GA seeks an HR Operations Specialist to execute HR processes and maintain data integrity across the HRIS.

The role acts as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, supports onboarding/offboarding, audits HR data, and partners with HRBPs across the company to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations. In-office presence 4 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience with specific experience in HR operations or managing HR processes and transactions.
• Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and other related systems.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders within HR and other corporate functions.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive data or information.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; experience handling sensitive employee questions or concerns appropriately.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• HR Process Execution: Perform routine HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, recognition, and compliance.
• HR Data Management: Guide and execute employee transactions in HRIS; develop reports for HR data; respond to internal requests.
• Employee Support: Respond to employment-related inquiries; support exit interviews and communication efforts.
• Compliance: Gather, analyze, and interpret data for compliance; complete and file reports with government agencies; maintain Drug-Free Workplace requirements; manage MVR and DOT/FMCSA processes; support DISA standards; conduct HR data audits.
