Job summary

Baily International of Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented mid-level HR Clerk to support HR and administration, manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and ensure payroll data flows smoothly into the payroll system.

You will act as a liaison between management and operations, uphold confidentiality, maintain compliance with local, state and federal labor laws, and provide timely responses to staff questions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of dedicated HR administrative experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, food service, distribution, or wholesale environment valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor in related field a plus.
• Solid understanding of employment practices and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records (physical and digital) and process status changes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 compliance and exit checklists.
• Monitor attendance, assist with time-clock auditing, and track PTO in payroll system.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and maintain safety recordkeeping.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff on policy interpretations and admin requests
