Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative help to the Human Resources department. The role includes personnel administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll support, and special projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in HR support, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information, with Paylocity experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR support in a fast-paced environment.
• HR compliance knowledge is a plus; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute personnel administration activities (new hires, promotions/transfers, terminations).
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding with documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate Home Office onboarding tasks including background checks and welcome gifts.
• Handle employment verification and unemployment requests.
• Submit weekly HR items to payroll with accurate details.
