Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support plant operations with onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, training, and other HR processes. You’ll work closely with plant leadership, team members, and corporate HR partners to ensure programs run smoothly and issues are resolved promptly.

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a safety‑minded culture, handle confidential information with discretion, and enhance your HR skills in our Georgia facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee records and personnel files.
• Assists with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
• Processes employee status changes, including transfers, pay changes, and terminations.
• Supports payroll, attendance, leave administration, and benefits-related processes.
• Prepares HR reports, tracks workforce data, and maintains documentation.
• Responds to questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provides administrative support for HR initiatives and training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
