Morrison Center is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. This role covers recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee support across the lifecycle.

The HR professional will ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while acting as a trusted resource for employees and managers. Some hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, or employee support.
• Knowledge of FMLA, workers' compensation, ADA, and related employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation.
• Administer and track FMLA and other leave requests and required documentation.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and communication with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
