Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, including workers’ compensation, leave coordination, workplace accommodations, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment support, benefits, and HR records.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, vendors, and other partners to ensure accurate and timely HR processes, maintaining confidentiality and escalating sensitive issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience, preferably in an HR operations, leave, benefits, or compliance-focused role.
• Experience supporting workers’ compensation claims administration required.
• Experience using an HRIS or electronic recordkeeping system required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims, leave of absence, and workplace accommodations with documentation and follow-up.
• Support recruitment activities, including resume reviews, phone screens, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Prepare employment and separation documentation and maintain personnel records.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee information.
