Job summary

Adyen seeks a People Operations Partner to advance its HR operations in North America from our San Francisco office. You will drive automation, optimize the employee lifecycle, and partner with multiple departments to deliver a seamless employee experience at scale.

You will operate within a global HR Innovations Team, focusing on data, compliance, and process improvements to support rapid, sustainable growth and local relevance in North America.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a People/HR Operations role or similar.
• Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Able to handle sensitive information discreetly with integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
• Innovative mindset.
• Experience working in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Automation and Scale: Champion HR automation, data, and scale; build and extend HR self-service tools for a growing employee population.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding to offboarding and partner with Total Rewards for benefits administration.
• HR Operations, Data and Compliance: Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain HRIS and payroll data; respond to employee inquiries.
